Zoko Max Plan Pricing Explained

Max is a fixed monthly subscription that includes 5 million conversations, 4,000 calling minutes and 30 agents each month, with no markup. You pay usage fees only for what you use beyond those limits. Here is what the plan includes and how its pricing works.

The plan's features include WhatsApp bulk broadcasts, WhatsApp Catalog, a chat widget, customer tags and segments, click-to-WhatsApp ads, auto-distributed chats, quick replies, pop-up campaigns, detailed analytics, and API and webhooks.

A conversation is a 24-hour session that starts when the first message from your business is delivered. All prices are in USD.

How Max pricing works

What you pay on Max has three parts: a fixed subscription, variable usage fees, and WhatsApp's own charges. Optional add-ons such as Zoko Flows and Zoko AI are charged separately if you choose to use them.

For example, let's say your store has 5.2 million conversations in a month, 30 agents, uses 4,500 calling minutes, and has not connected Instagram or any add-ons.

Your Max plan already includes 5 million conversations, so the first 5 million conversations have no Zoko markup. You used 200,000 additional conversations, which are charged at $0.00049 each.

• Subscription: $499.99
• 5.2 million conversations: 5 million are included, so the remaining 200,000 conversations cost 200,000 × $0.00049 = $98.00
• 30 agents: $0, since all 30 agents are included
• Calling: 4,000 minutes are included, so the additional 500 minutes cost 500 × $0.002 = $1.00

Your total Zoko cost for the month is $598.99.
