Elite is a fixed monthly subscription that includes 100,000 conversations, 2,000 calling minutes and 10 agents each month, with no markup. You pay usage fees only for what you use beyond those limits. Here is what the plan includes and how its pricing works.
The plan's features include WhatsApp bulk broadcasts, WhatsApp Catalog, a chat widget, customer tags and segments, click-to-WhatsApp ads, auto-distributed chats, quick replies, pop-up campaigns, detailed analytics, and API and webhooks.
A conversation is a 24-hour session that starts when the first message from your business is delivered. All prices are in USD.
How Elite pricing works
What you pay on Elite has three parts: a fixed subscription, variable usage fees, and WhatsApp's own charges. Optional add-ons such as Zoko Flows and Zoko AI are charged separately if you choose to use them.
For example, let's say your store has 110,000 conversations in a month, 12 agents, uses fewer than 2,000 calling minutes, and has not connected Instagram or any add-ons.
Your Elite plan already includes 100,000 conversations, so the first 100,000 conversations have no Zoko markup. You used 10,000 additional conversations, which are charged at $0.00099 each.
- Subscription: $139.99
- 110,000 conversations: 100,000 are included, so the remaining 10,000 conversations cost 10,000 × $0.00099 = $9.90
- 12 agents: 10 agents are included, so 2 additional agents cost 2 × $12 = $24.00
- Calling: $0, since you stayed within the included 2,000 minutes
Your total Zoko cost for the month is $173.89.
WhatsApp's API charges for your messages come on top of this and are based on WhatsApp's published rates. To try your own numbers, use our Bill Estimator.
