If you forgot your password or want to reset it for security reasons, you can do it using the below steps.

To do this:

1. Go to app.live.zoko.io

2. Click on Forgot password.

‍

3. Enter your registered email ID that was added as an agent to Zoko.

‍

4. Click on Reset Password.

‍

5. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click on Reset Password, type a new password, and Save it.

Note: Once you have created a new password you can go back to app.live.zoko.io and login using your new password.
