How to Send an Emoji in Chat

Learn how to send an emoji message.

Zoko allows you to add emojis in your messages to your customers. Emojis are powerful as they give a personalised touch to your chats and makes the business look more friendly.

To add an emoji:

1. Select the chat.

2. Click on the Emoji icon at the bottom of the reply box.

3. Pick the emoji and then hit the send icon.
