How to add an Address for a Contact

Learn how to add an address for a contact

To save time and effort while placing orders, Zoko allows you to add multiple addresses. This not only creates a better experience for a customer but also helps your team avoid asking and adding the address everytime a customers places an order via Zoko.

To add an address for a particular customer:

1. Open the customer’s chat.

2. Click on Profile on the right.

3. Click on the Add Address icon.

4. Fill in the address and click on save changes.
