How to Notify Customers that your Business has a New Phone Number

If you have a lot of numbers of customers with whom you have communicated before with another number, it is a good idea to inform them that you have a new number.

One of the most common and effective ways of informing this is by doing a broadcast to announce your new number. You'll need to first create a template in Zoko and send it for approval by WhatsApp. Once the template is approved, you can send a broadcast message to all of the numbers you have messaged before.
