Purpose of the Refresh Button in the Trigger
The refresh button in the trigger is used to refresh the data and reflect the most recent information from the Zoko dashboard or Shopify. This will be useful when you have set up the trigger or made any changes to the trigger. For example, if you have sent a message from WhatsApp to the Zoko dashboard, the dashboard message information will be shown in trigger data. This will ensure that the workflow progresses smoothly and efficiently.
To do this:
1. Click on the Trigger to open the configuration setting.
2. Click on the Refresh button to sync the current data.
3. You can see the reflected information here.
Pro tip: Hover the mouse over the data, then click on each entry to reveal more information.
