How to Check the Latest Broadcast Performance
Learn how to check the latest performance data for a broadcast.

Track how your broadcast campaign is performing. You can monitor customer engagement, orders, revenue, and overall campaign results all in one place.
To do this:
1. Go to All Features and select Broadcast.

2. Open the broadcast for which you want to check the performance.

The following performance metrics are available for every broadcast:

Overview Metrics
- Revenue: Total revenue generated from orders placed by customers through the broadcast campaign.
- Cost: Total amount spent on sending this broadcast messages to your customers.
- Return On Spend: Shows how much revenue was generated compared to the amount spent on the broadcast.
- Opt Out: Total number of contacts who unsubscribed or opted out after receiving the broadcast message.
Marketing Funnel
- Valid Numbers: Total number of contacts with valid WhatsApp numbers included in the broadcast. The number here only tells you the total number of valid contacts currently available in this broadcast.
- Delivered: Messages sent by your business were successfully delivered to the user's device. This corresponds to the double grey tick status in WhatsApp. The number here only tells you the total number of contacts currently in this status.
- Seen: Messages sent by your business were viewed by the user. Read notifications will only be available for users who have enabled read receipts. For users who have disabled it, you will only receive the delivered metric. This corresponds to the double blue tick status in WhatsApp. The number here only tells you the total number of contacts currently in this status.
- Responded: Total number of contacts who replied to your broadcast after receiving the message. The number here only tells you the total number of contacts currently in this status.
- Ordered: Total number of contacts who placed an order after interacting with your broadcast. This helps you understand how many customers converted through the campaign.
Note: All of these funnel metrics are updated in real time and may change whenever you refresh your broadcast page.
