How to Use Chat Stage Filter in Search

You can use a chat stage filter in the search box to discover all chats. This will allow you to search through several lists of chats, such as assigned, closed, visible in queue, and not visible in queue.

To do this:

1. Go to Search on the top bar or use the shortcut key on your keyboard (CTRL+K) to open the search bar.

2. Click on Chat Stage filter to see dropdown menu.

Click on Chat Stage filter

3. You will see four options. Select any of the options, and the results will be appear in the search.

Open chat (not visible in Queue): Chats that are open will be visible in the Search results.

Open chat (visible in Queue): All incoming chats from the customer will be visible in the Search results.

Assigned Chat: All the chats that are assigned to your agents will be visible in the Search results.

Closed chat: All the chats that are closed will be visible in the Search results

Select any of the options

Keywords: Find chats, Assigned chat result, Closed chat result.
