How to Set Up Playbooks with a New Template Message

If you are using the default playbooks and want to modify the template message in the message node. Make sure you have the approved templates on the Zoko dashboard to see the template message lists under the message node on the FlowHippo. 

If you don't have the template, you must create it on the Zoko dashboard. Refer to our article on How to Create Templates.

To do this:

1. Go to the message node in the workflow and remove the default template.

2. Select the new template you want to use in your message.

3. Fill in the variables and click on Save & Close.

That’s it! Your new template message is now set up.
