Once approved, your subscription plan will be updated automatically.
What happens if I upgrade or downgrade my plan in the middle of my billing cycle?
Shopify manages all subscription billing for Zoko. Your Zoko charges will be added to your regular Shopify invoice and billed according to your Shopify billing cycle. If you upgrade or downgrade your plan in the middle of a billing cycle, Shopify automatically calculates and adjusts the charges on a prorated basis.
For example, if your billing cycle runs from the 1st to the 30th of the month and you upgrade your plan on the 15th, Shopify will charge you only for the remaining days on the new plan while adjusting the charges for the previous plan accordingly.
