How to Permanently Delete Your Zoko Account

If you've decided to stop using your Zoko account or are migrating to other provider, you may need to delete your Zoko account permanently. Deleting your account ensures that all data on Zoko, including customer information, messages, and invoices, will be permanently deleted within 48 hours. This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to delete your Zoko account.
To do this:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Click on Delete Zoko Account.
3. Enter the reason for deletion and carefully read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
4. Click on Delete Zoko Account.
That's it! Your account has now been deleted, and the two-factor authentication (2FA) will be disabled within 24 hours of the account deletion. For confirmation about the 2FA status, feel free to reach out to our Customer Support team.
