Setting up Wismo bot:

1. Go to AI & Automation.

2. Click on Zoko AI to view all the available AI bots.

‍

3. Select WISMO.

‍

4. Click on Enable.

‍

5. Choose the language you want the bot to reply in.

Note: English is the default language. If a customer messages you in another language, the bot will reply in the same language as long as it’s supported by ChatGPT. If not, the bot will automatically fall back and respond in English.

6. Select the activation mode:

• Activate automatically - Zoko’s AI automatically triggers the bot whenever a customer asks about their order status. This is the easiest and most recommended option. (Make sure Hallo bot (Zoko AI) must be enabled for this mode to work)
• Activate manually - You decide when WISMO should respond by setting up Flows or Rules, such as triggering the bot when a customer types a specific keyword or clicks a button.

For most use cases, Activate Automatically is recommended.

7. Click on Save Changes.

8. Click on Test to verify the setup. A QR code will appear, scan it using your WhatsApp. A chat with a pre-filled message will open; send it without making any changes. If the bot replies with the order details, your setup is working correctly.

That’s it! You have successfully set up Wismo. Now, sit back and let the bot work their magic.
