HOW DOES THIS FLOW WORK

- The flow is triggered when the shipment status of an order is marked as "Delivered" in your store backend.

- If the status is "Delivered," the flow pulls the details of the order and checks if a tag called "Delivery message sent" exists.

- If the tag does not exist, the flow adds the tag “Delivery message sent” to your store.

- The flow then sends an automated delivered message to the customer, letting them know that their order has been delivered.

HOW TO ENABLE THE FLOW

To enable the order delivered flow, you need to follow these steps:

1. Log in to your FlowHippo Account.

2. Go to Playbooks, search for "Delivered" and click on "Order Delivered".

3. Click "Use this Playbook".

4. Click "Publish" to make the flow live.

Note: If you wish to customize the flow, click "Edit Flow" to modify it to your needs.
