How to Create and Use Quick Replies
Learn how to use Quick Replies to answer repetitive customer questions.
Quick Replies help you respond to customers faster by saving repetitive messages. Instead of typing the same response every time, you can insert a pre-written message and reply instantly with just a few clicks.
To do this:
1. Go to All Features.

2. Select Quick Replies.

3. Click on New Quick Reply.

4. Type the Short Code and Keywords.
- Short Code: A unique shortcut (e.g., shipping) that you can type in chat to quickly insert the saved message.
- Keywords: Search terms (e.g., delivery, tracking) that help you easily find this quick reply later.

5. Choose who the quick reply is available to:
- All: All agents can see and use this quick reply.
- Teams: Only selected teams can see and use this quick reply.
- Creator: Only the creator can see and use this quick reply.

6. Type the message in the Body Text.

7. You can also add emojis and attachments if needed.

8. Click Save Changes.

Your quick reply is now saved.
Manage Quick Replies
- You can view all saved quick replies here.
- You can see three dots next to each quick reply. Click on them and choose Edit or Delete.

Use a Quick Reply in Chat
- Click on the Quick Reply icon.
- Search using the short code.
- Select the quick reply and hit Enter to send.

Keywords: Quick reply, Saved replies, Create quick reply, Quick reply setup, Predefined messages, Auto replies.
