  • After you fulfill the order, which means you've prepared the items for shipping and marked the order as fulfilled in your store backend, the shipping confirmation flow gets triggered.
  • The condition will validate their phone number, and the flow will proceed to the next step, sending the shipping confirmation message to customers on WhatsApp. The message includes details about their order and a tracking link, so that they can track the status of their shipment in real time.
  • The tracking link is generated automatically based on the tracking information you entered for the order on your store's backend. This means you don't have to manually enter the tracking information into the shipping confirmation message.

HOW TO ENABLE THE FLOW

To enable the shipping confirmation (any order), you need to follow these steps:

1. Log in to your FlowHippo Account.

2. Go to Playbooks, search for "Shipping Con" and click on “Shipping Confirmation (Any Order)”.

3. Click "Use this Playbook".

4. Click "Publish" to make the flow live.
