Learn how to remove tags that have already been assigned to your customers
If you wish to remove tags, the best way to do this is from the contacts page which you can access by going to Organisation Settings and then clicking on Contacts. You can either select the contact from the list here or search for the contact based on the name or the date range when this contact was added.
First select the contact for which you want to remove the tag by clicking on it. Then click on the remove tag button. In our case we are going to remove the tags Winter collection. Lastly click on Remove Tags button and your tags have been removed.
You can remove tags in bulk too by selecting multiple contacts like this and then selecting the tags that you wish to remove. Then click the Remove Tags Button, these tags will be removed from all the selected contacts.
