Zoko AI Agents are a team of digital agents designed to get work done for you around the clock. Instead of a one-size-fits-all cost, our pricing is broken down into a simple monthly base fee plus usage-based pricing tailored to the specific agents you use.

The Base Subscription

To access the AI Agents platform, there is a flat monthly subscription fee:

  • Monthly Base Fee: $79.99/mo

This base fee grants you access to deploy our specialized team of AI agents. From there, you only pay for the actual work each specific agent successfully completes for you, after a generous free tier.

Important Requirement: Your OpenAI Account

To power the intelligence behind your new AI team, you are required to connect your own OpenAI account to Zoko. This means:

  1. You will need to link your OpenAI API key to your Zoko dashboard.
  2. You must ensure you maintain enough funds in your OpenAI wallet for the bots to actively work and process messages. Even your Open AI wallet goes negative, the Zoko AI Bots will stop working

Note: The computing costs for generating AI responses are billed directly to your own OpenAI account by OpenAI. This is completely separate from your Zoko AI base subscription and the per-resolution/per-order usage fees listed below.

We offer three distinct AI agents, each designed to tackle a specific bottleneck in your e-commerce operations. Here is how each one is priced and what they do:

1. Guru (The FAQ Agent)

Up to 50% of your customer conversations are FAQs you've already answered a hundred times. You train Guru once on your store policies and processes, and it instantly handles 80% of repetitive questions. This frees your human team to focus on what matters most: closing sales and handling complex issues.

  • Cost: $0.09 per resolution
  • Free Tier: Your first 100 resolutions are completely free.

2. Wismo (The Order Tracking Agent)

"Where Is My Order?" (WISMO) questions typically make up 30% of a brand's support tickets.
