About Fabus Frames
Fabus Frames brings together talented artists from across India to create bespoke, hand-drawn paintings for art lovers around the world. Founder Sreerag AR started the company to give Indian artists the recognition and opportunities they deserve.
The challenge
Fabus Frames redirected its Meta ad traffic to WhatsApp to sell more efficiently. But customers arrived with very different questions about customisation, photo and print quality, frame materials, pricing, gift options and previews. The sales team qualified every lead by hand, which was slow, hurt team efficiency and let revenue slip away.
How Zoko helped
Fabus Frames connected its Click to WhatsApp ads to Zoko and built automated lead qualification flows. When a shopper clicked an ad, Zoko asked follow-up questions, gathered what the team needed, qualified the lead by need and routed complex or high-value conversations to the right person. Zoko's Click to WhatsApp Ads app also showed which campaigns produced leads and sales, all in one place.
We encountered challenges with lead qualification because our sales team was manually qualifying each lead, which proved to be time-consuming and inefficient. To address this, we aimed to develop a more efficient and scalable sales approach by redirecting our Meta traffic to WhatsApp. By integrating Zoko's Click to WhatsApp ads and automated lead qualification flow, we were able to qualify leads based on their specific needs and concerns. We achieved ₹487K in sales from chat, resulting in an ROI of 2330% with Zoko.
