This Cookies Statement explains how Bourbon Science Inc., trading as Zoko, uses cookies and similar technologies on zoko.io and the Zoko web application (the "Site"). It explains what these technologies are, why we use them, and how you can control them.

A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a site. It lets the site recognise your browser on a later visit, and can store preferences, login state, and other information.
First-party cookies are set by Zoko. Third-party cookies are set by other companies whose services appear on or through the Site, for example analytics or advertising providers. Those companies may recognise your device both on our Site and on other sites they serve.
We also use similar technologies such as pixels and clear GIFs, including in HTML emails, which tell us whether a message was opened and help us measure the effectiveness of our communications. You can limit this by turning off images in your email client.
Third parties whose cookies may be set through the Site include Cloudflare, CookieYes, Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Segment, Mixpanel, PostHog, and BugSnag. The full list, with the purpose and duration of each cookie, is maintained at the link in Section 4.
We maintain a complete, continuously updated list of every cookie set on the Site, including the name, category, purpose, and duration of each one. Rather than reproduce it here, where it would quickly fall out of date, we publish it in full at:

That list is generated from a scan of the Site and is refreshed as cookies are added or removed, so it is always the authoritative record. It forms part of this Statement. If the content of that list conflicts with anything in this Statement, the list governs as to which cookies are actually in use.
We set preference, analytics, and advertising cookies only with your consent, which we collect through our cookie banner and which you can change at any time using the cookie settings link on the Site. Essential cookies do not require consent because the Services cannot be delivered without them.
You can change your preferences or withdraw consent at any time using the cookie preferences option on zoko.io. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and every major browser publishes instructions for doing so. Blocking cookies may stop parts of the Services working, including sign-in.
Where consent is the legal basis, we rely on Article 6(1)(a) of the UK and EU GDPR, together with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and equivalent local rules.
We may update this Statement to reflect changes to the cookies we use or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top. Questions can be sent to contact@zoko.io.
This document forms part of the Zoko Terms of Service and is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, in accordance with Section 24 of those Terms. Disputes follow the escalation path and arbitration provisions in Sections 23 and 24 of the Terms of Service.
