Understanding the Structure of the Review Flow
As shown in the diagram above, the review flow is triggered once the order shipment is confirmed and is divided into the follow parts:
(i) A template message asking the customer to give a rating.
(ii) A follow up message which is based on the rating given by the customer. This message also asks the customer to leave a review.
(iii) An exit message that is sent when the customer finishes the flow. A flow is considered finished either when the customer finishes all the steps in the flow or the time set in the flow runs out without a customer response.
At various points in the flow, there are time delays and input time that puts the flow on hold to either give the customer time to respond or to delay the next step in the flow.
